For the organic beetroot powder from Raab Vitalfood, only German beetroot from certified organic cultivation is used. Beetroot is related to sugar beet and chard and originates from the southern Mediterranean region. The Romans brought it to Central Europe, where it then became popular. Beetroot owes its name to its purple-red flesh; beta is Latin for beet.
The powder is ideal for enhancing the colour and flavour of dishes and drinks such as smoothies, juices, soups, etc.

How to use
Raab Organic Beetroot Powder is excellent for red smoothies and vegetable juices, salad dressings, soups and much more.
- For a smoothie, stir about 1 heaped tablespoon (14 g) of the powder into 500 ml of liquid.
- The powder is also suitable for colouring pasta, cake or pizza dough.
- Take 14 g of the powder daily to benefit from the effects mentioned above.
