Raab Iron Complex Capsules contain a combination of red plant powders and extracts from pomegranate, beetroot, grape seeds and acerola as well as divalent iron (iron(II)-bisglycinate), which ensures a standardised iron content in the capsules. The iron is coated by a so-called chelate complex, which consists of two glycine molecules (amino acid).
The contained vitamin C increases iron absorption. The essential trace element iron has numerous functions in the body.
Iron contributes to:
- the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin
- normal oxygen transport in the body
- the normal function of the immune system
- the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
