Turmeric, also called Curcuma, is a tropical mountain plant and belongs to the ginger family. Its native habitat is India and Southeast Asia. Curcuma naturally contains the secondary plant compound curcumin, which gives the plant its yellow-orange colour. Raab Bio Curcuma Extract capsules combine the valuable ingredients of curcuma roots and pepper in their natural plant matrix with curcuma extract with a standardised curcumin content.
