Turmeric, also called Curcuma, is a tropical mountain plant belonging to the ginger family. Its native habitat is India and Southeast Asia. Curcuma naturally contains the secondary plant compound curcumin, which gives the plant its yellow-orange colour. Raab Organic Curcuma tablets contain curcumin from Curcuma and piperine from pepper.

How to use
- Add 1 tsp (3 g) of turmeric powder daily to 250 ml of liquid, such as fruit juices, vegetable juices, smoothies, shakes, or warm soup.
- The powder is also suitable for colouring and refining dishes.

- Consumption is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children.
- If you have liver and/or gallbladder conditions, intake should only be after prior consultation with a doctor.
