Hemp protein is a high-quality plant-based protein powder that, in addition to 50% protein, contains many other valuable nutrients. The plant-based protein powder naturally contains iron and magnesium as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in a 1:4 ratio. Iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to a normal energy metabolism. Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of muscles and the nervous system. Proteins contribute, among other things, to the increase and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

How to use
- Stir in about 1 tbsp (10 g) of hemp protein daily into 500 ml of water.
- When used in smoothies, juices, soy, spelt, rice, or oat drinks, the nutritional values will change.
- Use a whisk or blender to avoid lumps.
Notes:
- The positive effects mentioned above occur from a daily intake of 10 g of hemp protein.
