Raab Organic Protein Shake Green is purely plant-based and is made from a combination of pea protein and hemp seeds. The blend is completed with barley and wheatgrass as well as matcha green tea powder. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The shake contains 60% plant protein. How to use
- Mix 20 g (equivalent to 2 tbsp) of the powder with 250 ml of plant drink or milk.
- Oat drink is particularly recommended.
- For improved mixing and creaminess, a stand or hand blender can be used.
