The well-known saffron threads are the stigmas of the crocus flowers (Crocus sativus), which mainly bloom in Iran in late autumn for only about ten days. During these days, the precious flowers are harvested by hand at dawn, before the flowers open. Each flower contains only three saffron threads.
Raab Organic Saffron contains the extract of 45 saffron threads per capsule. The saffron extract is of highest organic quality and contains standardised levels of the components safranal and crocin. Safranal is responsible, among other things, for the typical aroma of saffron, and the carotenoid crocin for its colouring power. The vitamin C contained in the capsules contributes to normal psychological function.

How to use
Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with plenty of water, with or without food.
