How to use
- Put 1 measuring spoon (9 g) into a glass of water or juice.
- Stir or shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Take 1 portion daily for a period of at least 8 to 12 weeks.
Tip: Especially refreshing with cold water and a slice of lemon.
