How to use
We recommend 6 g daily (1/2 scoop or about 1 heaped teaspoon).
Mix into a paste with a splash of hot (not boiling) water, then pour over 150–200 ml of warm milk of your choice – for a creamy matcha latte.

For a lighter drink, simply prepare with hot water and a splash of milk. It works best with a milk frother or blender.
