How to use
Our True Biome powder is flavourless and can be easily stirred into water or any warm or cold drink of your choice. For best results, we recommend daily, regular use.
Recommended intake: We suggest 6 g per day. Mix the powder with about 250 ml of your favourite drink and stir well. If you have a sensitive digestive system or are using these ingredients for the first time, start with half a portion (3 g) in the first few days and then gradually increase to the full portion (6 g) once your body has adjusted.
