Our bright green organic Matcha PIĒRU impresses with a harmoniously sweet, mild flavour, a creamy texture and a pronounced umami.
Only handpicked Tencha leaves from the first harvest of the year (First Flush) are used, traditionally ground on granite stone mills. This produces a particularly fine matcha powder with a clear aroma and without dominant bitterness.
A rare single-origin provenance from Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan.

How to use
Enjoy as Usucha or Koicha according to preference.
Pour about 1–2 g of Matcha with hot, not boiling water (70–80 °C) and whisk frothy with a bamboo whisk (Chasen).
