How to use
- As a body oil: Massage the oil into damp skin (e.g. after showering) using circular movements.
- For oral mucosa care: Spread a few drops in the mouth or briefly use as a mouth oil and then spit out.
- As a massage oil: Create a space for well-being. Warm the oil in your hands and massage it into the skin.
- As a hair oil: Take a little oil and knead it into the (dry) hair ends.
