How to use
- Dip the tip of the Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush (sold separately) into the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, ensuring both sides of the brush are coated.
- Wipe off any excess product on a tissue.
- Work quickly and apply the eyeliner with short, even strokes along the lash line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
