The HERA 2in1 Intimate & Sponge Soap is the gentle addition to the HERA cleansing system — for the external intimate area (vulva) and for interim cleansing of the menstrual sponge.
The soap-free formula based on sugar surfactants cleanses particularly gently and respects the natural skin balance without drying out. The special feature: with Lactobacillus Ferment (inspired by the lactic acid bacteria of the natural intimate flora) and Inulin (a prebiotic plant substance that nourishes the skin microbiome) — a microbiome-friendly combination that hardly any other intimate soap on the market offers.
Properties: pH-neutral (pH 5.5), vegan, free from microplastics, fragrance-free. With Aloe Vera, chamomile and panthenol — gentle on sensitive skin. Very economical (one soap lasts 1–3 months).
Note: The soap complements the HERA cleansing tabs but does not replace them. Water = base, soap = interim care, tabs = deep cleansing. For external intimate use only, do not apply vaginally.

How to use
- Moisten — briefly moisten the soap under warm water.
- Create foam — lather in the hand (intimate care) or run the sponge over the soap 1–2 times (sponge cleaning).
- Apply & rinse — gently clean the external intimate area or sponge and rinse with clear water.
- Store dry — keep in the mesh bag or aluminium travel case.
