Jany is an olfactory journey back to the sweet memories of childhood. Inspired by freshly baked Tarte Tatin, the composition opens with warm baked apple, juicy peach and ripe apricot. At its heart, Ceylon cinnamon, puff pastry, osmanthus absolute and plum combine into a deliciously gourmand accord. Walnut, caramel, almond, vanilla and white musk give the base a creamy, warm depth.
