Lü Bu is dark, intense and uncompromising – an olfactory interpretation of strength, battle and memory. The opening of clove and a distinctive gunpowder accord is immediate, spicy and almost metallic. At the heart, burning paper, powdery iris and a provocative blood accord meet. The base combines black vanilla absolute and tonka bean absolute with amyris, guaiac wood, almond, cashmere wood, Virginia cedar, tolu balsam and warm metal. A dense, dark and magnetic fragrance with spicy, smoky, powdery and metallic facets – exceptional, uncompromising and full of character.
