How to use
Preparation:
Use RefectoCil skin protection creme & eye mask and eyelash protection paper or silicone pads according to the instructions.
- Mix 2 cm of dye with 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% into a creamy past and apply to eyelashes.
- Leave to work for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove with clean water and cotton pads.
If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been used previously, the application time is 1–5 minutes less, with RefectoCil Eyelash Curl it is reduced to 2 minutes.
