How to use
- Clean your teeth with a toothbrush
- Now you can apply the bleaching gel on the teeth, then put the lamp in your mouth and start the timer
- Let the gel work for about 15 to 30 minutes (the longer the brighter)
- Take out the LED lamp and rinse your mouth with water
- Done! Remove the gel residue with a toothbrush and warm water
