How to use
- Mix in a non-metallic bowl with oxidising agent Welloxon Perfect or Color Touch Emulsion in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.
- The lower the strength of the developer, the smoother the lightening process.
- For application at the base, mix with an oxidising agent of concentration 20 vol. (6%) or lower.
- Do not use heaters.
