Silt (Dead Sea Mud), Aqua (Mineral Spring Water), Maris Sal (Dead Sea Salt), DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, PEG-4, PEG-4 Dilaurate, PEG-4 Laurate, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil.
How to use
Spread generously over the entire body, leave open wounds. Leave on for 7 to 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Heat the mud pack in a pan of hot water or in the microwave for two minutes at medium heat (if using a microwave, open the bag before heating) CAUTION: Check temperature before applying to skin. Finish with AHAVA Mineral Body Lotion.
