Details

Makeup Base is a multipurpose eyelid primer that creates a waterproof base for eyeshadow. It also helps transform any of our Shimmer Powders from shimmery to matte when mixed together.

Tip: Can also be used as concealer for blemishes or dark circles!

How to use

Apply makeup base with a clean finger all over the eye where you plan to apply the shimmer. Using the eye shadow brush apply the powder as normal to create a matte look as opposed to shimmer. The Mineral Make Up base will hold the shimmer powder even longer and is a great correction tool if you get a little messy!
