The Story of HERO Cosmetics

HERO Cosmetics was founded in 2017 by Ju Rhyu. While searching for a gentle solution for an unexpected breakout, she discovered medical-grade hydrocolloid patches in her native South Korea—a proven technology that was largely unknown in the United States at the time. This inspired the creation of the Mighty Patch, a hydrocolloid acne patch that absorbs impurities, protects blemishes from dirt and picking, and supports the skin's healing process.
