Since 2020, the brand has been making matcha more accessible – without compromising on quality, origin or taste. The products are created in collaboration with a family-run organic tea farm in Uji, one of Japan's most renowned matcha regions.

At the heart of the range is a high-quality matcha with natural sweetness, balanced umami and a fine texture – so full-bodied and harmonious that it can also be enjoyed pure.

Health Bar is led by co-founders Stefanie Giesinger and Nancy Tabillion. The brand's vision is to make high-quality organic matcha from Japan accessible for modern everyday life.

What began with the search for a conscious alternative to coffee developed into a brand that stands for quality, transparency and modern matcha rituals. Health Bar combines centuries-old Japanese tea tradition with a contemporary lifestyle – without compromising on origin, craftsmanship or taste.
