Ingredients:
100% organic matcha powder.
How to use
- Measure the matcha: Place 1 level teaspoon of matcha (approx. 2 chasaku bamboo scoops) into a matcha bowl (chawan).
- Whisk the matcha: Add about 30 ml of hot water (70–80 °C) and whisk creamy with a matcha whisk (chasen) using Z- or W-shaped movements.
- Enjoy the matcha: Top up with water for pure matcha or refine with frothed milk for a matcha latte.
