Eucerin® Actinic Control MD SPF 100 provides high sun protection for the prevention of non-melanocytic skin cancer (NMSC) as well as actinic keratosis and is also indicated for adjunctive therapy in actinic keratosis.
Patients at increased risk of developing actinic keratosis are phototype I or II people who are chronically exposed to the sun, or people who have been or are still receiving treatment for actinic keratosis.

How to use
- Please refer to the instructions for use for the recommended application amount.
- Apply the cream only to cleansed and intact skin.
- Apply a sufficient amount every morning (2 mg/cm2 to the affected areas).
- Inadequate amount significantly reduces the degree of sun protection.
- Refresh sunscreen every 2 hours during direct sun exposure, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying, to maintain the original high level of protection.
- Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if a sunscreen product is used. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health hazard.
- Wear protective clothing and use sufficient sunscreen on unprotected areas of the body.
- Before applying cosmetic products (make-up, foundation, decorative cosmetics), please use Eucerin® Actinic Control MD SPF 100 first and wait until the sun protection is completely absorbed before applying other products.
- Daily as well as regular application is required for optimal protection all year round.
- Warnings & Precautions: Actinic keratosis is caused by prolonged exposure to the sun. If actinic keratosis has ever been present, direct sun exposure should be avoided.
- Let the product absorb completely and avoid direct contact with textiles and hard surfaces to prevent discolouration.
- Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse the eyes with lukewarm water. If symptoms persist, a doctor should be contacted.
- Contraindication: Do not apply to damaged as well as injured skin areas or to open wounds.
- For patients undergoing pharmacological or surgical treatment for actinic keratosis, the use of Eucerin® Actinic Control MD SPF 100 should be delayed until the lesions have healed and the physician recommends its use.
- No information is available on the use of Eucerin® Actinic Control MD LSF 100 for infants, children, pregnant or lactating women.
