One daily serving of Jemalt Calcium Plus (25 g) covers an adult's daily requirement* of vitamin D, a large amount of calcium and magnesium, and half the requirement of zinc.

How to use
Dosage/Daily Portion:
- Adults and adolescents from 13 years: 5 heaped teaspoons (= 25 g)
- For children from 4 years, we recommend half the dosage.
Jemalt can easily be incorporated into the daily meal plan. For example, with milk, muesli, yogurt, or quark.
