How to use
- Take oil in your mouth: Take about a tablespoon (5 ml) of mouth oil.
- Move in the mouth: Move the oil in your mouth back and forth for 5‒ 10 minutes.
- Rinse:* Rinse your mouth and smile.
- Repeat: At least once a day, preferably in the morning before brushing your teeth.
When: The best results are achieved with daily oil pulling, after waking up and before brushing your teeth.
*Ideally dispose of oil in a paper towel so that your drain does not get clogged.
