How to use
Aptamil Organic 1 is suitable as the sole nutrition from birth, if you do not breastfeed or for mixed feeding.
Dosage: Number of bottles and drinking amounts are guidelines and may vary individually. Unless otherwise prescribed by a healthcare professional. Level measuring spoon = 4.6 g.
1st week
- 5–7 feeds per day
- 60 ml water + 2 measuring spoons = 70 ml ready to drink
2nd week
- 6 feeds per day
- 90 ml water + 3 measuring spoons = 100 ml ready to drink
3rd–4th week
- 5–6 feeds per day
- 120 ml water + 4 measuring spoons = 130 ml ready to drink
5th–8th week
- 5 feeds per day
- 150 ml water + 5 measuring spoons = 170 ml ready to drink
3rd–4th month
- 4–5 feeds per day
- 180 ml water + 6 measuring spoons = 200 ml ready to drink
5th month*
- 4 feeds per day
- 210 ml water + 7 measuring spoons = 230 ml ready to drink
6th month*
- 3 feeds per day
- 210 ml water + 7 measuring spoons = 230 ml ready to drink
From the 7th month
- 1–3 feeds per day

*From the 5th month you can start complementary feeding in consultation with your pediatrician or midwife.
