How to use
Application and Care
- Preparation: Clean with a vegan cleaning tablet in water or soak in a water-vinegar solution (2:1) before the first use.
- Application: Carefully insert the damp sponge into the vagina – sponges can be individually cut to size or two can be worn at the same time for double leak protection.
- Wearing Duration: Change every 3–8 hours depending on the flow; also suitable for night use.
Care on the Go
- Discreet Change: Remove the menstrual sponge and discreetly change it using the to-go case.
- Immediate Use: Rinse the sponge with water and reinsert it immediately or use a fresh sponge from the set.
After the Period
- Thorough Cleaning: Repeat the cleaning procedure after the period. Allow all menstrual sponges to air dry very well and store them exclusively in the hygiene bag until the next cycle.
