Liposomal suspension for daily eyelid margin care
Similasan BlephaCura Liquid alleviates eyelid margin inflammation and can be used for daily eyelid care.
Eyelid margin inflammation (blepharitis) is an inflammation of the eyelid margins with scaling or crusting. The condition usually occurs in both eyes. Often, a regular removal of skin flakes is sufficient for treatment. Sometimes, medications also need to be applied.
For this, use Similasan BlephaCura Liquid. The liposomal suspension cleans the sensitive eyelid margins and removes excess skin oil and crusts from the eyelid margins. Additionally, it improves the quality of the tear film, allowing the inflammation to subside more effectively.

Ingredients:
Sodium chloride 8 mg, soya lecithin 5 mg, phenoxyethanol 5 mg, ethanol 4 mg, vitamin A palmitate 0.125 mg, vitamin E 0.01 mg, purified water.
How to use
It is recommended to use Similasan BlephaCura Liquid twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.
- Moisten a cotton pad with Similasan BlephaCura Liquid. Important: Use lint-free pads suitable for eye care, such as Similasan BlephaCura cotton pads.
- Moisten the eyelids, especially the lid margins and the base of the eyelashes, with the soaked cotton pad and gently massage along the upper and lower lid edges.
- Carefully remove any crusts and deposits. Tip: For treating the lid margins, it is advisable to gently pull down the lower eyelid with a finger of the free hand or gently pull up the upper eyelid so that the lid margin can be easily reached.
Tips for proper application:
- Similasan BlephaCura Liquid should be applied using lint-free (cotton) pads suitable for eyelid care.
- Dispose of the used cotton pads after treating each eyelid. Do not use the same cotton pad for both eyelids.
- Do not apply Similasan BlephaCura Liquid directly into the eyes, and do not treat the inside of the eyelids or the surface of the eyes with the soaked cotton pad.
- To avoid contamination, do not touch any surface with the dropper, especially not the cotton pad. Please drop Similasan BlephaCura Liquid onto the cotton pad from a small distance.
- As part of daily eyelid margin care and hygiene with Similasan BlephaCura Liquid, all crusts and deposits should be thoroughly removed. It is recommended to carry out the application with previously cleaned hands.
