The Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel is the first step in the tinting system to create fuller-looking eyebrows and expressive lashes. Available in 4 shades.

How to use
- Optionally apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer (Strong or Medium) to the eyebrow area and skin – leave on for 4 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab. Allow to dry for 4 minutes before the next step.
- Apply Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel – leave on for 2 minutes and remove with a dry cotton swab.
- Use the Brow Mapper to outline the eyebrow shape.
- Apply Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel – leave on for 1 minute and remove with a damp cotton pad – done!
When tinting eyelashes:
To protect against skin staining, it is additionally recommended to apply RefectoCil Silicone Pads or RefectoCil Eyelash Shields with RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask.
