How to use
- Daily amount 12.1 g = approx. 1.7 measuring scoops. (This information refers to the 10 ml Powerlife measuring scoop.)
- Stir the daily amount into 100–250 ml of liquid or semi-solid foods such as yoghurt, quark, etc., and consume promptly.
- One pack contains 30 daily portions.
- Do not heat or chew.
How do I take the product?
Place the natural pearls directly in your mouth and drink a glass of water afterwards. You can also mix the natural pearls into a fruit juice or take them with yoghurt.
Important: The natural pearls must not be heated or chewed, otherwise valuable vitamins will be lost. To prevent the natural pearls from sticking to your teeth, you can put them in a liquid and take them using a drinking straw. Natural pearls do not dissolve in water.
When is the best time to take the natural pearls?
It’s best to take the natural pearls shortly before, during or immediately after a meal – this allows them to work optimally. It is important that you eat something around the time of intake to prevent possible stomach discomfort and to ensure that fat-soluble vitamins can be optimally absorbed by the body. Especially if you are taking the natural pearls for the first time, we particularly recommend not taking them on an empty stomach.
Important notice:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
- Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
- Catechin from green tea should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18 years, not on an empty stomach, and not on the same day as other products containing green tea.
- A product with OPC does not replace a diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables. Patients taking anticoagulants and other medication should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K supplements and hesperidin.
