The John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls range is ideal for frizzy, curly and wavy hair. The shampoo gently cleanses and nourishes the hair for lively, defined curls – enriched with rosehip oil. The conditioner provides rich care and also ensures perfectly defined curls. The daily styling spray defines natural curls and adds bounce, supported by Abyssinian oil.

How to use
Shampoo:
- Gently massage shampoo into wet hair, paying particular attention to the roots.
- Rinse thoroughly and then use the Traumlocken Conditioner to achieve optimal results.
- For defined curls, additionally use the Traumlocken Styling Spray.
Conditioner:
- After shampooing, distribute the conditioner evenly from the lengths through to the ends.
- Comb through to ensure even distribution.
- Rinse thoroughly.
Styling Spray:
- Shake well and spray generously onto damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends.
- Distribute evenly and scrunch individual sections to create definition.
- Allow to air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser on a low setting.
