Toner 9.1 Cool Blonde
The Olia Toner in cool blonde is an intensive semi-permanent colour specifically developed to neutralise an unwanted yellow tone in lightened or bleached hair – for up to 16 washes.
Enriched with cool dyes and equipped with innovative bonding technology, the toner delivers not only a radiantly beautiful blonde but also glossy hair.
The vegan formula of the intensive semi-permanent colour is free from ammonia and strengthens weak hair bonds. The Olia Toner in cool blonde is also suitable for bleached hair, contouring, highlights and ombré.

How to use
Gloss Icy Blonde
- Apply Olia Gloss Tinted Hair Mask to damp hair.
- Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly.
Toner 9.1 Cool Blonde
- First, place a towel around your shoulders and secure it with a non-metal clip.
- Put on the gloves and keep them on throughout the application.
- Pour the entire contents of the tinting lotion into the developer cream applicator bottle, close the cap and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Then immediately twist off the tip of the applicator bottle.
- Now apply the Olia Toner generously from roots to lengths on towel-dried hair and leave the intensive toner to work for 10 minutes.
- Then rinse the hair thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- Afterwards, leave the Bonding Conditioner on for 5 minutes and rinse.
