Raab Bio Matcha is a high-quality natural product produced using a complex manufacturing process according to organic standards in southern Japan. The leaves used for this Matcha come from the same plants as those of Raab Bio Premium Matcha tea. However, as they remain on the plant longer and are only harvested in the second picking, they develop a stronger, more intense flavour. Due to its robust taste and intense green colour, Raab Bio Matcha is ideal for culinary use. This gives drinks and dishes a delicately tart flavour and a wonderfully rich colour in no time.
