Raab Bio Matcha Premium is a high-quality green tea. Only the young, shaded tea leaves grown on organically certified plantations in southern Japan are used. This gives the tea its delicately bitter taste and bright green colour. Gently ground in granite stone mills, it is perfect for the traditional tea ceremony.

How to use
- Put 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) of matcha into a bowl and pour over with 80°C hot, preferably soft water.
- Then whisk the tea with a small whisk for about 15 seconds until frothy.
