The original Indian psyllium seeds (Plantago ovata), also called psyllium, are the seeds of a centuries-old cultivated plant belonging to the plantain family.
Ground psyllium husks have an even greater swelling volume than whole psyllium husks and can bind 45 times their weight in water.

How to use
- Take 1 teaspoon (equivalent to 3 g) once daily.
- Stir psyllium husk powder into 250 ml of liquid (water or juice) and drink.
- Then drink an additional 250 to 500 ml of liquid.
Notes:
- Not suitable for children and adolescents.
- The indicated daily serving size of the preparation recommendation must not be exceeded.
- Allergy information: May contain traces of celery, mustard, and sesame.
- Colour and taste may vary as this is a natural product subject to seasonal fluctuations.
