How to use
- Stir 2 tablespoons (20 g) daily into 250 ml of plant drink or milk and drink.
- Oat drink is especially recommended.
- For improved mixing and creaminess, a stand or hand blender can be used.
Notes:
- People allergic to legumes (especially peanuts) should avoid consuming lupin protein due to the risk of cross-reaction.
- Not suitable for children.
