The maca root has been cultivated in the high altitudes of the Peruvian Andes for around 2000 years. For Raab Organic Premium Maca Powder, only roots from Peru, grown at over 3000 m altitude, are used. The maca roots are dried fresh after harvest and then finely ground.

How to use
Stir one level measuring spoon of powder (5 g) daily into a liquid such as a smoothie, juice, plant-based drink, or even muesli and yoghurt.
