Magnesium is an essential mineral with numerous functions in the body. Since the body cannot produce magnesium itself, it must be obtained through food. Citrate is an organic compound naturally found in the body – as a molecule in the citrate cycle, a central metabolic pathway. Magnesium citrate is the salt of magnesium and citrate and thus an organically bound form of magnesium. It is particularly soluble, easily mixed in water or juice, and tastes pleasantly fresh and slightly tangy like lemon.
Calcium is also an essential mineral and one of the most abundant elements in the earth's crust. It plays an important role in the bodies of plants, animals, and humans. How to use
