In 1989, Michael Raab, the founder of Raab Vitalfood, laid the foundation for Raab Vitalfood with the introduction of Raab organic sweet whey – an organic product that was a world first at the time. In the 1980s, the organic movement was still young, and certified organic products were rare. Organic sweet whey was a genuine innovation and set new standards in terms of naturalness and sustainability.

How to use
- Stir about a heaped tablespoon (25 g) with 250 ml of liquid, e.g. water, juice, milk or mixtures thereof, into a froth using a blender and consume immediately.
- Also suitable as an addition to sweet or milk-based dishes, desserts and mueslis.
- Raab sweet whey tastes particularly good as a drink when prepared with fresh fruit.
