How to use
Full bath:
Dissolve 500g in the bathwater and fill the bathtub with warm water (approx. 37 °C) just enough to cover the body, in order to achieve the highest possible magnesium concentration. The recommended bathing time is 20–30 minutes.
Foot bath:
Dissolve 150–250g Zechstein Inside® Magnesium Flakes in approx. 5 litres of warm water (approx. 37 °C) and soak your feet in it for 20–30 minutes.
