How to use
Preparation:
- Cleanse, oil-free and dry brows with the oil-strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
- Before use, mix 2 cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow with 20–25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream for 2 minutes to form a creamy paste. Then apply to eyebrows.
- Depending on desired lightening: 5–20 minutes 5 minutes: Lightening by one level 12 minutes: Lightening by 2 levels 20 minutes: Lightening by 3 levels.
Notes:
- Before the first application or after longer breaks in colouring, we recommend a skin compatibility test.
- The Refectocil Blonde Brow Bleaching Paste for eyebrows may only be mixed with the Cream Oxidation.
- The paste is crumbly in consistency.

The oxi is oily and hardly mixes with the cream. -
