The oxidant creme stands out thanks to its easy to mix texture, ensures a brilliant dying result and is a must for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Sufficient for approx. 150 applications.
Oxidant creme 3% is a stabilised, creme-based developer for RefectoCil eyebrows and eyelash dyes. It is developed as a supplement to oxidant 3% fluid. Its thick consistency makes it even easier to blend RefectoCil dyes. RefectoCil Blonde Brow can only be used with RefectoCil Oxidant Creme.
Tip:
if you prefer a liquid consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant fluid is also available.
Both products guarantee an even, brilliant dying result.

How to use
Preparation:
Use RefectoCil skin protection creme & eye mask and eyelash protection paper or silicone pads according to the instructions.
- Mix 2 cm of dye with 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Creme into a creamy past and apply to eyebrows and eyelashes.
- Leave to work for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove with clean water and cotton pads.
If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been used previously, the application time is 1–5 minutes less, with RefectoCil Eyelash Curl it is reduced to 2 minutes.
