How to use
Apply the eyeliner with short, fine strokes to draw a delicate line along the upper lash line. Stay close to the lashes. For a soft line, gently blend in with the bevelled eyeliner brush. Then trace the outer third of the lower lid margin. A tip: a thinner line looks more natural, a thicker one more glamorous.
