How to use
Use only the Welloxon Perfect developer with this product. To tint darker or to do a tone in tone tinting or to lighten a tone, use Welloxon Perfect Developer 6%. To lighten two pitches, use Welloxon Perfect Developer 9%. The mixing ratio is 1:1. example: 60ml Illumina Color and 60ml Welloxon Perfect Developer 6%.
