How to use
Recommended dosage: Take 1 measuring spoon (5 ml) daily, preferably with a meal. The maximum daily amount of 3 measuring spoons (15 ml) must not be exceeded. The daily dosage for pregnant and breastfeeding women is ¼ measuring spoon (1.25 ml). Detailed information on the areas of application and a measuring spoon can be found inside the packaging. The included measuring spoon makes accurate dosing easier. Tip: Burgerstein Omega-3 liquid can also be added to food (e.g. smoothies, muesli, salads). Areas of application: - Contributes to normal heart function: Minimum daily amount: EPA and DHA from 250mg/day, equivalent to ¼ measuring spoon (1.25 ml). - Contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function: Minimum daily amount: DHA from 250 mg/day, equivalent to 1 measuring spoon (5 ml). - Contributes to the maintenance of normal vision: Minimum daily amount: DHA from 250 mg/day, equivalent to 1 measuring spoon (5 ml). - Contributes to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels in the blood: Minimum daily amount: EPA and DHA 2 g/day, equivalent to 2 measuring spoons (10 ml). - Contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure: Minimum daily amount: EPA and DHA 3 g/day, equivalent to 2½ measuring spoons (12.5 ml).
