The L'Oréal Paris Unbelieva'Brow Longwear Topcoat fixes your favourite eyebrow make-up and extends its hold by 30 hours.
The transparent, waterproof and smudge-proof formula can be easily applied over any eyebrow product – whether pencil, gel, or eyebrow powder. With the small, ultra-precise mascara brush, the individual hairs are coated with the texture and precisely brushed into shape.
Unbelieva'Brow Longwear Topcoat prevents smudging or discolouration of the previously applied eyebrow product for up to 30h without clumping. The liquid texture dries quickly yet remains flexible – for a natural, long-lasting look.

How to use
- In the first step, fill in, shape and define the eyebrows with any eyebrow product. The L'Oréal Paris Skinny Definer, for example, is great for this. With its precise tip, the fine hairs of the eyebrows can be traced and emphasised in a particularly natural way.
- The second step is to apply the transparent Unbelieva'Brow Longwear Topcoat with the fine mascara brush. This fixes the eyebrow make-up and extends the hold by up to 30H.
