Ingredients: Skimmed milk powder, wheat protein, low-fat cocoa powder 11.4%, milk protein, fully refined soybean oil, thickening agents (guar gum, xanthan), acacia fibres, milk mineral concentrate in powder form, flavours (lactose), glucose syrup, minerals (potassium, sodium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, molybdenum, iodide, selenium), choline, sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), vitamins (C, E, niacin, A, pantothenic acid, D, B6, B12, K, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin). May contain traces of: celery, soy

How to use
Preparation:
Stir the contents of the sachet into 200 ml of cold water. Mix vigorously with a whisk or blender, or dissolve in a shaker. Allow to thicken for about 3 minutes.
Weight control with Modifast:
Modifast products can be used as part of a diet plan for weight control.
- Replacement of regular meals with balanced, low-calorie Modifast meals (daily portions).
- The recommended amount of 4 sachets per day ensures adequate intake of the daily amounts of all essential nutrients.
- For weight control, Modifast can be flexibly used on a daily basis.
