How to use
- Unscrew the transparent protective cap from the Eye Designer Applicator.
- Remove the cap from the Eye Designer Refill and carefully screw the cartridge onto the applicator.
- Screw lighter colors onto the thicker applicator for priming, darker colors onto. the pointed applicator for finer lines or for emphasizing individual eye areas.
